Returns Policy

1. When you receive your goods, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Gold & Silver Dealings Ltd, you can return your goods within 7 working days for either an exchange or refund.

2. Once Gold & Silver Dealings Ltd receives the returned goods, in its original and unused condition accompanied by its box, we will refund the credit/debit card or cheque within 30 days.

3. For your own benefit when returning an item that cost up to £25 please use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or for items above £25, Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.  Please ensure the goods are in a suitable protective package.

4. All postage charges are not refundable.

5. Special orders such as custom-made jewellery are not refundable.
